Financial assistance is available once every twelve months per household for bills that are within our current guidelines.
No appointment is necessary to apply. Applications are accepted in our offices on the following days and times:
- Monday – 1:30 to 3:00 pm
- Tuesday – 1:30 to 3:00 pm
- Wednesday – 1:30 to 3:00 pm
The following items are required, depending on the type of assistance you are seeking:
- Utility Assistance – Bring a copy of your current bill. It doesn’t have to be in the name of the person seeking assistance.
- Rent Assistance – A copy of your lease and a letter from your landlord stating the full amount owed, the month(s) owed, and the amount that will keep you in the home/unit for at least 30 more days
